A partner to the Siyandisa Foundation who had earlier this year donated a total of R120 000 to four 2017 Siyandisa Scholarship recipients who are studying engineering, has generously increased this donation to R200 000 in total.
The result is that the students who had originally each received R30 000, are now in a position to spend a further R20 000 each on their engineering studies.
These four students, who are in full swing with their studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, are:
1. Njabulo Mkhwanazi |
2. Percy Mariti |
3. Tshele Majake |
4. Thato Mofokeng |
“This is another great example of the level of commitment from our partners in ensuring that we achieve growth through strategic collaborations and the harnessing of economies of scale through strategic investments,” remarks Cikizwa Bacela, Public Relations and Marketing Manager for Siyandisa Trust and the Siyandisa Foundation.
